So, that’s it. Another year of honest slog behind me, and I hope 2014 has proved as eventful and rewarding for you as it has for me.
Hopefully you’ve enjoyed at least some of what I’ve had to say, been annoyed by other bits and possibly been infinitely baffled by the odd piece – more to come in 2015, promise, but the amount of time I spend here will always be inversely proportional to the amount of paid work going on.
In which respect I have been fortunate this year, so thanks to all those who have provided the occasional source of an honest bob here and there. And appreciation, too, to those who have commented or contacted me to praise, blaze or raise interesting points.
Pulling down the shutters and turning out the lights (probably) until January now, so I wish you a Merry Christmas, a Bleak Midwinter, or an appropriately-emotioned whatever else you celebrate at this time – and a prosperous and hopefully preposterous New Year.
And hey – let’s be merry and bright out there, people…
